IN BRIEF

This personal website is designed for Sertac Ozgumus, one of Turkey’s most important composer. At the beginning of the concept creation process we, as agency, focused on one simple question: “How a musicians website should be?”

Web Site Intro

The answer was hidden within Web GL and p5.js technologies. By using these technologies we created an interactive user experience in which visitors’ use their own voice or make a noise in order to enter to the website.

What we did

We created a graphic equalizer by splitting composer’s showreel into separate tracks for the landing page. Vector 2D libraries are developed with Audio Visualizer by using bass, high and midrange tones. In order to boost the projects, we adopted a minimal graphics design approach and used an asymmetric layout especially in menu and inner pages.

IMPACT

Visitor track analysis showed us that people loved experiencing voice control entrance technology and spent most of their time at the landing page. It is very exciting to develop a first in our country and also to create a breakthrough experience.
